Your Kansept knife is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship and has a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. Use of our products outside the scope of their intended purpose is considered abuse and is not covered by warranty.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers replacement parts of genuine Kansept products due to manufacturing defects. If a knife fails to function as it was designed to be used for, please contact our customer service at service@kanseptknives.com .
What Is Not Covered?
Kansept will not warrant products due to loss, any damages caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents or improper blade sharpening.
Repairs to your knife performed by any source not authorized by KANSEPT Inc. will unconditionally void the knife’s warranty.
Any disassembly and modifications will void the warranty.
Broken, lost, or bent metal clips are typically not covered by Kansept’s warranty.
