AGA Campolin 9" Maltese Cross Automatic Knife (Stag)
High quality traditional Italian automatic. These are very nice, and use beautiful thick top-grade stag handle scales. Everything about these are hefty, solid and well made. That being said, it must be remembered that these are handmade traditional knives using traditional materials and steel. Do not expect flawless CNC perfection. Like most traditional Italian automatics, these come out of the box fairly dull with mediocre edge grind. They're also likely to be stiff. So just be aware these have a break-in period, and if you plan to make this a user it'll require sharpening (possibly edge reprofiling). I don't mean to disparage AGA Campolin or the Maltese at all -- Again, this is normal for traditional autos at this price point. Once broken in these run smooth as butter, and will last a lifetime of use if maintained.

AGA Campolin 9" Maltese Cross
Very well made knife, heavy duty. Needed oil and "breaking in", common with a lot of automatic knives.

Maltese cross
This is the best automatic i have and i have a frank b. Beautifully finished the brass liners come up through the Maltese cross and are polished as is the rest of the piece. A well finished hefty hand made Italian automatic smooth operating knife. Very very nice, get one while they’re still available. I feel the price is reasonable as well.
