Hess Knifeworks established in 2005 by Don and Andy Hess have been making their own line of knives after long careers of making knives for others. Yes, these hand-made gems have more than a passing resemblance to Marbles Knives when Marbles were made in Gladstone, MI. Unfortunately, as Marbles collectors know, Marbles manufacturing in Gladstone, Michigan, closed their doors years ago. The knives are an outstanding value and made by some very fine gentlemen.
