      The elite version is a step above the original lightning OTF, the fit and finish is excellent and the action is smoother, and the original is a good knife and has been around for a long time.

      Can't be beat for the price. I'm an old guy, retired aircraft mechanic, and like toys for boys and I say the this spring in these knives are NICE. Go to YouTube and watch people intentionally destroy these knives. Pretty dang tough for $30. Mine came sharp enough to cut paper and a piece of rope. Like I said, I bought this one, messed with it for a couple of weeks, and just purchased 3 more. Two in Pink Sprinkles (I might not bright pink. That and if my wife sees my pink sprinkles knife, she's gonna steal it).

      Came very sharp out of package and would highly recommend for someone getting into knives or just want otf knife without the hefty price tags of others

      At the price point, this knife is an absolute steal. Great action, minimal blade play, no failures so far (had been deployed hundreds of times now). Great to use for utility or just to grab your first OTF as an EDC.
